Nyle DiMarco

Nyle DiMarco is an American actor, model, and Deaf activist who grew up in a multigenerational Deaf family and uses American Sign Language. He rose to prominence after winning America’s Next Top Model (cycle 22) and later won Dancing with the Stars (season 24), bringing mainstream visibility to Deaf performers. DiMarco has acted in film and television and produced projects centered on Deaf culture and access. Through the Nyle DiMarco Foundation, he supports education, early language acquisition, and advocacy. Open about being sexually fluid, he speaks publicly about identity and inclusion. He also advocates for captioning, interpreters, and equitable storytelling.

Quote: “As a sexually fluid deaf man, I know that embracing all our identities is the way to thrive and to overcome the limitations and prejudices that surround us.”
