Cat Sayles is an operations leader and former startup veteran who modernizes systems to make organizations fairer, more efficient, and more accessible. After years applying business acumen to streamline processes, automate workflows, and save money, she pivoted to the nonprofit sector in 2023 to deepen her community impact. She now serves as Chief Operating Officer at Sustainable Westchester, partnering with municipalities to lower energy costs, expand pathways to good careers, and strengthen local resilience. Committed to inclusive, people-first workplaces, she builds cultures of equity and collaboration. She also founded the Southern Westchester chapter of Mothers Out Front and remains active.
