Kit Connor is an English actor who rose to international prominence as Nick Nelson in Netflix’s Heartstopper, praised for portraying teenage vulnerability, kindness, and self-discovery with nuance. He began acting young, appearing in film and television roles before Heartstopper made him a recognizable voice for a new generation of viewers. In 2022, Connor publicly stated that he is bisexual after intense online speculation about his private life, using the moment to criticize “forced” coming-out culture. Since then, he has continued acting while advocating for more respectful boundaries around identity.
